Indian Outlaw BBQ is the result of a passionate individual and food lover deciding to take a leap of faith and share their food with the others.

James Guzman is a proud registered member of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, Tusekia Harjo Band, and the founder of Indian Outlaw BBQ. Inspired by his love of authentic barbecue and supported by his wife and adult children, James began developing his food truck concept in 2022. In January 2023, he officially revealed Indian Outlaw BBQ food trailer and opened for business in March of that year, offering catering as well as serving lunch and dinner at food parks and community events in the DFW area.

Since opening, Indian Outlaw BBQ has become a local favorite and partnered with the City of Rockwall Parks and Recreation Department. We now operate the Bull Pen Cafe concession stand during baseball seasons and tournaments, serving the same great food you've come to know and love from our trailer. With strong community support and a growing customer base, the business is now outgrowing its food truck capabilities and planning to open a storefront in the coming year under the name, Guzzy’s BBQ where you'll find the same beloved menu with a few exciting additions while Indian Outlaw BBQ food trailer continues to be to be part of community events and catering.
